MERRY CHRISTMAS

This year's our first Christmas away from home. We decided to stay in Sydney just in case there were any complications due to my wisdom tooth operation!

I have to admit that being away from family definitely dampens the whole spirit of Christmas. It just doesn't seem as fun.

As it is, we decided we'd do anything but traditional this Christmas.

On Christmas Eve, instead of cooking the traditional Roast Turkey etc, Bee organised dinner at "Steel" - a newly opened restaurant - approximately 3 minutes from our apartment. We had random dishes there like Duck and Apple Springroll, Chorizo, Roast Pork, Pan fried snapper and some really tasy coconut mousse desert. And then we made it home to watch the Victoria Secret fashion show.

Today, we ended up going for a three hour walk to Watsons Bay and the views there were amazing! Plus, its so refreshing to be able to spend time with Bee given that he's been busy that last few weeks.

Tmr's going to be the all out shopping and trying to snap up a few good "boxing day sale" items.
