MELBOURNE CUP
The race that stops the nation... The Melbourne Cup. For the first time in history, I gambled!! A total of $54 was spent and I only recouped $18. Lol! Hmm... I think I don't like gambling very much...
Anyway, at the office, Carolyn organised a $2 and $5 sweep for us and at 3pm, we all gathered in the conference room to watch the race. In the 5-10 minutes of the race... everyone was soooo hyped up and excited!! And the atmosphere was very nice... The ultimate winner of the race was Efficient, owned by Lloyd Williams. Can't wait for next year cup... This time, I might try to actually fly to melbourne... I bet the atmosphere there will be heaps better.
